All orders are processed & shipped out between 1-2 business days. For pre-orders, you'll receive an email noting the expected ship date.

It's important to us that you're satisfied with your order. If you would like a return, we offer a 30-days return & exchange policy for any unused products from the day your order was received. Within this period, you'll be eligible to receive a full refund, excluding any postage, shipping, and/or return shipping charges. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with uncut hang tag in order to request a return. The product should not show any signs of wear, use, tears, scratches, alterations or damage of any kind made by the customer.

Please ship your return within 14 days after your return request has been approved. Damages made by the customer are not within our policy and does not warrant a return or exchange. Please note that a $20 shipping cost for the return will be deducted from your refund if you select to return your order with a prepaid return label. A full refund will be provided if customers choose to purchase their own return shipping label.

When returning your package, please use the same box the order came in, or a larger box. Do not try to fit the bag in a smaller box as this may damage the product. 

Items sent back to us without following these guidelines will not be accepted.

Return Policy on Sale Items

Sale items are accepted under our standard return policy. Any sale items that are non-refundable will be clearly marked as being "Final sale" during checkout. 

Returns for International Orders 

We offer a 30-days return policy for any unused products for international orders outside the US. International customers will be responsible for purchasing their own return labels. You'll have 30 days after the original order was delivered to contact us at about your return request. Any product you return must be in the same condition and in its original packaging with uncut hang tag. Once we receive your return, we'll notify you about the refund of your order. Within this return period, international customers are eligible to receive a full refund, excluding any duties, taxes, shipping, and/or return shipping charges.


After we've received and inspected your return, you'll receive a confirmation email notifying you of the status of your return and if it's been approved or not. If the return was approved, you'll receive a refund back to your original payment method, where the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. Please allow for up to 14 days for your return to be processed by your payment provider and refund issued. 

Order Cancellations

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped out. If you would like to cancel an order after it has been shipped out, you will need to process a return once you have received the item. 

If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped out, please send us an email as soon as possible to with your order number and request to cancel. The earlier you contact us, the earlier we can process the cancellation before the order gets shipped out. 

If you request your order to be cancelled within 24 hours from when the order was placed and before the item has been shipped out, please note that you may see a reversal on your card statement instead of a refund. This means that you may see no sign of a refund as a reversal has removed the original charge for the order. Depending on your card issuer, an order cancellation that occurs within 24 hours after order placement may show up as a refund or reversal on your statement. 


When you place a pre-order on our website, you'll receive an email confirmation noting the estimated ship date for your order. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before your order is ready to be shipped. Your card will only be charged once the pre-order ships. 


If the product you received was damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we sincerely apologize and will gladly offer you an exchange. Please contact us within 30 days after receiving your item in order to be eligible for an exchange. In order to exchange an item, please send us a message at with your order number or visit our Exchange Center here and select "Requesting an exchange" as the return reason and we'll be in touch to take care of your order. After you receive a return label, you'll have 14 days to send the original item back to us for an exchange. 

International Shipping (countries outside of the USA)

We are currently not offering international shipping outside the USA, but hope to be able to in the near future.

    Important note for international orders: 

    Customers will be responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, and/or duties on your order as required by your country laws & regulations. While we wish we could provide an all-in-one price that includes duties & taxes for international orders, it's difficult to do so as each country has their own laws in place. You'll be responsible for your international order in covering local duties & taxes, if applicable, for your country before your order can be delivered by carriers. 

    Repairs & Replacements 

    We currently do not offer repairs on bags. However, if you are concerned about any defects, please send us an email at with a photo and we'll do our best to assist. We do not offer replacements on items lost by the customer.

    All products have a one-year warranty. Any damage incurred that resulted from a production error can be requested to be exchanged within this time period. Any stains, scratches, scuffs, rips, tears, fraying, or damages caused by either personal use or another party (e.g. transportation/bag carries etc.) are ineligible.
