What are minimum order quantities for bulk orders?

The minimum order quantity to qualify for discounted bulk pricing is 28 units. We do offer volume discounts and would be happy to provide you with a quote for your requested quantities.

Do bulk orders include free shipping?

Bulk orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time. Please reach out to us with your requested quantity and we'll be able to provide the shipping cost.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Items purchased in bulk can only be shipped to one address.

If you need items sent to multiple addresses and it is not a bulk order, we recommend placing individual orders directly on our website mymeia.com

What's the return policy for corporate gifting & bulk orders?

All bags purchased for a bulk order are final sale and not eligible for returns. If an item experiences an issue due to a production error, please contact us here and we'll make sure to help.

What's the turnaround time for bulk orders?

Once we confirm availability for your requested bulk order and the order is placed, the turnaround time for in-stock items is typically within 1 week.

What shipping option is available for bulk orders?

Ground shipping is currently the only available shipping option for bulk orders and can take between 2-7 business days to arrive.

Are you able to accommodate custom requests on items?

We generally do not offer customizations on our bags. However, if your order requires more than 300 units, please reach out to us with the specific details of your customization request and we'll do our best to see if it can be accommodated.
