Pre-order FAQs

1. When will pre-orders ship?

Pre-orders are opened on our Black Work Bag, where the color Sapphire Blue is ready to ship immediately. 

Preorders will ship out between March 14-28th 2025, if not earlier. Complimentary shipping is offered at checkout for pre-orders. Once pre-orders ship, packages typically arrive between 4-7 business days. 

2. Can I cancel my pre-order or change my address?

Yes! You're able to cancel your pre-order anytime before March 13th, the day before when pre-orders are planned to be shipped out. We'll send a notification if pre-orders are expected to ship out earlier. If you need to cancel your pre-order or change your address, please edit your order using the pre-order confirmation email received from Purple Dot. We use Purple Dot to manage pre-orders for our online store. We're also happy to help with any changes at hello@mymeia.com  

3. When will my card be charged for pre-orders?

Your card will be charged for the order once your pre-order ships. That's why at checkout the pre-order shows $0, where your order is charged upon shipping. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your pre-order is shipped out.
